How to submit your log file

  • Tap the More tab
  • v2.9.23 and up
    • Tap the Support button
  • Earlier versions
    • Tap Help & Feedback
    • Tap Submit Log File

macOS

  • Click the Help menu
  • Click Submit Log File
    • This prompts you to save the zipped log file to disk and then opens your mail client with a new message. For now, you must manually attach the zipped log file.
A non-email based log submission process is coming in v3.0
